I am a writer, art director, and filmmaker based in Qatar. Art has been a part of my life since childhood, driven by a fascination with the magic of cartoon animation and stop-motion. Although I’ve never formally studied art, my passion for storytelling, illustration, and design has led me to dedicate many years to research and experimentation-especially in telling stories using my hands.
I thrive on taking risks and making bold design decisions, always aiming to collaborate with passionate individuals who want to make a positive impact. My work centers on promoting positive human behavior and empowering children through creative expression.
My first stop-motion film, “The Last Drop of Oil” (2012), was screened in film festivals around the world, like the Family Film Festival in Hollywood and Douban Film Festival in Seoul. The film won an award at Ras Alkhaimah in 2014. I’m also proud to have received support from the Doha Film Institute for my animated films “Smile You Deserve It” and “Civilization of Equality.”
